The New to Synod Gathering on Thursday, October 15, is an opportunity for pastors, deacons, synod authorized ministers (SAMs), interns, and collaborative learning students who have begun their ministry in the Southeastern Iowa Synod during the past year to meet synod staff, learn more about the synod, and discover the resources and opportunities available to them. It’s also a chance to build relationships, share a meal, and connect with others who are beginning their ministry journey here.
