Retired pastors and other rostered leaders (along with spouses) from across the synod are invited to join Bishop Michael Burk for a time of worship and conversation that will conclude with a luncheon.

Join Bishop Burk for an evening of conversation and fellowship. Bishop Burk will be sharing thoughts that go to the heart of what it means to be the people of God in mission together through the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Southeastern Iowa Synod, in particular.

Four congregations across the synod will host these events in September.  Lay leaders as well as pastors and other rostered leaders are invited to attend the conversation that is most convenient to them.
