Call Process
The call process is the time of saying goodbye to one pastor and welcoming another. It also can be confusing and complicated time for those leading the call process.The following Call Process Manual provides a detailed look at the steps of the process. It is an informational guide to assist congregations in making this transition as simple and stress-free as possible.
