Day of Welcome
The Southeastern Iowa Synod and its Evangelism Ministry Team invites congregations to establish a weekend of welcome. Statistics show that over 80% of new church members say they first came because a friend, neighbor, or relative invited them.
The Evangelism Ministry Team has created numerous posters, invitations, and bulletin inserts for congregations to use, and all of them can be accessed below.
Bulletin Inserts - these inserts can be modified to include the congregation's name, address, location, logo, and more, as well as specific information about the weekend, i.e. times of worship.

Invitation Cards - these cards are blank and can be modified to include the congregations name, address, location, logo, and more, as well as specific information about the weekend, i.e. times of worship. For Spanish, please translate "God's love is a gift" with the following: "El amor de Dios es un Don." The Spanish translation of "Come, experience it with us" is "Ven a compartirlo con nostotros."

Prayer Box - even though the weekend is important for welcoming, we must not forget that prayer is a powerful factor.
